I do my best to remember to be eco friendly... but it's so hard... I normally remember my own bags to the supermarket... I try to recycle everything I can but sometimes I must admit... I'm just lazy!
I've started this blog to try and remind myself that sometimes it is worth the effort to do the little but extra for the planet! So welcome to The Eco Experiment, which could very much soon turn into The Eco Disaster, but I'm going to try to do my best to save the planet one straw at a time.
My big question to any other eco warriors out there... is how the heck do you start?? But my advice to any one wishing to jump on the eco band waggon, it to start small, only do what you can and figure out what works for you. It's quite clear that I am never going to fit all my rubbish into a tiny Kilner jar, even as I write this I am eating my lunch out of a plastic container which is meant to be single use however I will wash it and use it again for something!
